My studio is here to offer you stunning images to display in your home and as keepsakes to last a lifetime. Investing in portrait photography is truly invaluable — it takes memorable moments and turns them into works of art.
How It Works
Here's how we can work together

Preparing For The Session
At your consultation, we will discuss wardrobe, props, and poses to put together exactly what you hope to achieve at your shoot. You will also receive a session planning email to help you prepare — including ways to help keep your baby asleep during the session so we make the most of our time together.

The Photoshoot
When you arrive at your appointment time, mom will be pampered by my hair and makeup artist while I photograph your baby. I will pose your baby in 5–6 different props and setups, as well as family portraits. Do not worry if your baby will not settle — I have been photographing newborns for 12 years and there are many gentle ways to work with them.

Selecting Your Images
Your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment
Approximately one to two weeks after your session, we’ll meet for your personalized image reveal and ordering appointment, either in-studio or via Zoom.
During this call you will see your beautifully edited portraits for the very first time. Together, we’ll review your gallery, select your favourite images, and discuss the best ways to display and preserve them.
Whether you’re looking for stunning wall art, matted prints, or heirloom keepsakes, I’ll guide you through the options and help you choose artwork that complements your home and allows you to enjoy your images every day.

Receiving Your Images
Your beautifully retouched images will be ready in a private online gallery where you can download your digital files and share them with loved ones.
I work with a lab that will ensure your images are printed in the highest quality. Your custom artwork will be delivered for you to display and enjoy in your home for years to come.

Do you travel to homes for newborn sessions?+
I do. Home sessions are photographed in a lifestyle fashion — more candid, with the baby not posed. For posed sessions with props, the shoot takes place at my studio, where I have all the props and equipment needed. For the best quality images I strongly recommend coming to my Port Credit studio.
Do you provide props, accessories, and wardrobe?+
I have all the props and accessories needed for your newborn session, plus a mom wardrobe. I ask that you bring clothing for Dad and any siblings attending. Upon booking, I will provide wardrobe inspiration to help you coordinate.
Do newborn sessions have to take place within the first 2 weeks?+
It is strongly recommended that newborn photos are taken when your baby is 7–14 days old. At this age babies sleep more deeply, are less aware of being touched, and respond better to being soothed — all crucial for posing throughout the session.
Do you offer unedited raw images?+
My studio does not deliver raw files. A raw file is not a finished or usable product — it needs to be edited and converted before it can be printed. Editing is also a core part of our creative process and reflects who we are as artists.
