Consultation and planning
Your shoot will come with a 15-minute consultation so that we can plan your shoot together, your family session can be done outdoors or in studio, I will help you decide!
What should your family wear?
I have compiled a detailed Pinterest board to help you plan our outfits. It’s better to coordinate than match and I will help you do that 🙂
How long is the session and what should I expect?
Family photo sessions are typically 45 minutes to 90 minutes long. During the session, I will be prompting you and guiding you so that we can get both beautiful naturally posed images, candid photos and all the sweet imperfect moments in between.
What to consider when deciding between a studio, home or outdoor session
Studio: My studio in Etobicoke is where I shoot my editorial-style images, if you are looking for something simple with great lighting and a clean background, this would be the best option for you. Just a few minutes away from my studio in Etobicoke is a natural light studio that I work from often, the furniture and aesthetics combined with the natural lighting is perfect for creating soft, natural neutral toned images that will look beautiful displayed in your home.
Home: If your home is your preference, please ensure that your space is clutter-free, and represents a clean and polished look. Lighting is also something to consider as your home must have beautiful light.
Outdoor: I have a few favorite spots in the GTA where I love to shoot. Please remember that weather plays a huge role in the success of outdoor photos.
